PAYMENT POLICY
1. Amount of Money and Payment Processing
1.1 One-Time Payment:
For payments up to €500.00, the payment must be processed in full at the time of purchase. No additional fees will be applied for this payment method.
1.2 Installments Payment:
Customers have the option to pay in three or more installments. Please note that a 2,00€ extra fee will be applied for every payment for this installment option.
2. Payment Methods
2.1 We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, Wise, and Stripe.
2.2 Direct payments can be made through the following banks:
- N26 Bank
- Fineco Bank
- Revolut Bank
- Wise bank (outside Europe)
- Any direct bank transfer from Europe
3. Refund Options
3.1 Video Courses:
Refunds are available for video courses under the following conditions:
- The student must not have utilised the online lesson included with the video course.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method if possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method will be agreed upon with Davide Pianegonda.
3.2 Online Lessons:
Online lessons are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

- Payment Obligations: Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time and in full. Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of the purchased services.
- Privacy and Security: All payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
- Changes to the Payment Policy: Corso di Tromba reserves the right to update or modify this payment policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or our website.
